The Nealley House, a rental property of The Stage House Inn, is a grand, historic colonial home conveniently located in the quaint village of South Berwick, Maine. The house includes 5 spacious bedrooms including a large bridal suite, two King bedrooms and two Queen bedrooms, all with private baths. Common areas include a full kitchen, dining room, an additional ½ bath, and a living area / gathering space that opens to a furnished patio and a large backyard. Parking is available for up to 8 vehicles with full access in and out of two driveways.

The Nealley House, a property of The Stage House Inn, is a historic and charming “mini-mansion,” located in the village center of South Berwick, Maine. Originally built in 1822, the rental home recently experienced a full renovation featuring stunning decor and the installation of many modern amenities. Being located just steps from the inn, Dufour Cocktails & Provisions, groceries, coffee shops and gifts, makes it easy for guests to enjoy all that our quaint downtown has to offer.

The Nealley House was designed to provide the perfect setting for bridal party and family stays during our Red Barn Wedding weekends. It is also available to reserve for hosting small corporate retreats, girls’ getaways, family reunions, or for groups interested The Links at Outlook Golf golf getaways, and more!

 
 

COMMON SPACE AREAS

Common areas of The Nealley House include an expansive living room featuring a cathedral ceiling, gourmet kitchen, dining room, and many cozy sitting areas. In the warmer months, guests can also enjoy the furnished outdoor patio, large backyard, gas fire pit, grill, and lawn games. The grounds and home create the perfect backdrop for memorable photos in any season.

 
 

The Master SuitE

Also referred to as the “Bridal Suite,” the master suite spans the entire length of the first floor of the house. The romantic and luxurious bedroom features a king-sized bed, fireplace and settee. A decorative inset wall frames a full-length mirror with a hanging hook, ideal for wedding dress photos. The private hallway leads to a full bath with a clawfoot soaking tub, plus an adjoining salon with a multi-seat vanity perfect for getting ready with the bridal party.

 
 

The King Suite

Located on the 2nd floor, the King Suite bedroom includes a king-size bed and fireplace, full private bath with glass-enclosed shower, plus a semi-private bonus area with an additional daybed and vanity.

 

Additional Bedrooms

One additional King bedroom and two Queen bedrooms are also located on the 2nd floor. All three bedrooms feature a fireplace and a full, private bath with a walk-in glass shower.
